I am Bheru lal Sharma. I was born & brought up in a small village khar ki khutiya in the embankment of river Bedach. I did my graduation from Mohan Lal Sukhadia university, Udaipur.
During my days of struggle I attended many training sessions to hone up skills to serve my country professionally and add value to society and my family.
How I begin with LIC ?
I have always been a self –respecting person. I always wanted to live a good and respectable life. Unethical and dishonest means of inducements could never waver me from the path of righteousness.
With the support and encouragement of my wife, I wanted to start a business but my family didn’t have enough money to put to business. finally, I took the decision to start a big business of my own without resorting to cheating and initial investment .
I took LIC agency in 1999 from a very successful man,mentor and friend philoshopher, guide SHRI OM PRAKASH AMERIA, development officer, branch 199 at chittorgarh. I took to full time LIC work in 2005 under the guidance of SHRI RAJ KUMAR JAIN “ RAJAN ”
I feel extremely proud and privileged to be associated with no1- life insurer – LIC for more than 15 years.
BY the grace of God, positive thoughts culminated into fortuitous opportunities.
In 1997 I started marketing on TVS dealership.In 1999 I took part time agency of LIC.
In 2001 I joined Hero Honda dealership .LIC work still continued as part time vocation .
In 2005 I got enlightened by a mentor who oriented my life through positive and constructive ideas. I cannot resist to acknowledge his contributions towards straight and positive approach in handling prospective clients.
Along with LIC I also started New India assurance policy through which I serve my clients comprehensively for life and vehicle insurance.

help in their saving, child education and their marriage. I also provide services to make their retirement process hassle free I deal with my clients professionally to provide all kinds of services related to LIC and VEHICLE INSURANCE .
Currently I am managing the insurance portfolios of more than 700+ families like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Entrepreneurs etc.
